Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This page explains how Risen Media LLC (“I,” “me,” or “my”) handles information on this website. I keep it simple because this site is simple.
What I collect
This site has no contact form, no accounts, no newsletter signup, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking tools. I don’t ask you to type any personal information into this website, and I don’t sell personal information.
If you email me
If you contact me at agustin@risenmedia.org, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. I use it only to reply and to follow up on your request.
If you book a call
The booking buttons take you to Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter, like your name, email, and answers, and shares them with me so we can meet. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to that information.
Videos and fonts from other companies
- YouTube. The sample videos on this site play from YouTube. YouTube (Google) may collect information, such as your IP address and viewing activity, when videos load or play. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Google Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.
- Google profile link. The “Find us on Google” and review links take you to Google, which has its own privacy practices.
Hosting
This site is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, it may keep basic technical records, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
Your light or dark mode choice
If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it next time. It isn’t sent to me or anyone else.
Children
This site is meant for church and nonprofit leaders. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, or ask me to delete it, by emailing me at the address above. You can also use your browser settings to block or clear cookies and stored data.
Changes to this page
If I add tools such as analytics or a contact form, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
